CMA Fest Prep

Happy Hump Day Guys!!

Although it's nice to already be at Wednesday, I almost kind of hate losing a day this week. Stuff to do, and not enough time to do it. Hope you all had a nice holiday weekend! We dusted off our grill and made some delicious cheeseburgers and hot dogs with my parents. My mom even brought her homemade baked beans with bacon bits, (so bad... but so good!!) Hope you all had some yummy food with family and friends!

I wanted to share some of my current favs this summer so far that are PERFECT for #CMAFest coming up next week here in Nashville! CMA Festival is all about feeling cute, comfort, and staying cool because it's always so hot walking around from one event to the next.

So of course cut-offs are a must! These are a pair I recently picked up at #TJMaxx called Vanilla Star, and I am absolutely loving this brand! Stretchy and so comfy... so I wanted to tag their site so you can shop them from anywhere, they're so cute!

The bandana accessory is perfect for being in Music City and going to all the shows. Super cute and stylish! And it just so happens to be a sale item of the #Nordstrom sale going on for about $5! Yes... $5, go get one!!

These fur sandal slip-ons... I die. It's like wearing a socially acceptable slipper out and I love it! You want to be comfy while walking around to shows, and this slip-on sandal is so perfect. Also so great for comfort with traveling!

For that summer glow on your skin, I am loving this #Tarte highlighter. Makes your face look sun-kissed. And then to protect your face from the hot sun, you can keep this Supergoop! setting mist in your purse that has SPF 50! Perfect for protection and also a nice refresh mist to the face to help cool you down from the heat. Throw on the #KylieCosmetics matte lipstick in Koko K that's perfect from taking you from day with a more natural eye, to night with changing up your eye shadow and maybe adding some false lashes!

I'm all about having a nice tan, but as I've gotten older I don't like to lay out anymore. I'm all about the fake tan! The St. Tropez Gradual Tan Tinted lotion is so great. You put it on, and it instantly gives you a tan and glow on your skin (just make sure to let it dry well before getting dressed and wash your hands after applying to avoid any streaks.) Spray some SPF on after it dries and you are tan, protected, and ready for festival fun!

Last but not least... this purse! As I would love to be able to afford the fabulous designer Chloe gold small Drew bag, sadly I cannot. So I found this great similar look from #SheIn . It's really nice for $30! I love it. They also have just a plain grey style which I did not see at the time of ordering, which I'm crushing on!! I had only ever bought clothing from #SheIn so I was hesitant to what their bag was going to look like, but I really like it! Would recommend for anyone like me looking for an affordable similar look.

Alright loves, well I hope this helped you girls gearing up for #CMAFest next week and gave you some ideas and tips for some style inspo! All the links for everything above are below. Hope you all enjoy the rest of your day and thanks so much for reading!!

Lots of love,

Jaime xoxo
